ACCA is pleased to announce the Ruffing Scholar for 2025.

In honor and memory of ACCA founders Emily and Fred Ruffing, ACCA awards a scholarship each July to graduating high school seniors.
Oscar Cruz-Trochez is a recent graduate of Falls Church High School (FCHS). He will attend George Mason University this fall. He plans to major in business and psychology, with the goal of a career in Human Resources.
While at FCHS and working in retail part-time, Oscar maintained a 3.7 GPA and a place in the Spanish Honor Society. He also tutored other students in both Spanish studies and for the math SOL test, and found time to play soccer, work out, and socialize.
We wish Oscar a prosperous time at GMU and beyond.
