The Shepherd’s Center of Annandale Springfield/ACCA Transportation Program, offers rides to medical appointments to clients aged 50 and older using volunteer drivers. ACCA also offers rides to medical appointments for needy clients under age 50 who are referred to us by our member churches or other organizations.
The SCAS/ACCA Transportation Program allows older adults to maintain their independence and receive vital services in their home community. The combined program takes advantage of the Shepherd’s Center’s efficient and user-friendly software for ride scheduling.
To learn more or to become a volunteer drive, contact the SCAS office at (703) 941-1419 or email email@example.com. If you have any questions about the combined program or rides for younger clients, please contact Gail Coleman, Chair of the ACCA Transportation Committee, at (703) 354-0656 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Persons 50 years of age or older who need rides for medical transportation should contact the SCAS office at (703) 941-1419 or email email@example.com. Persons under age 50 should contact the Fairfax County Coordinated Services Planning office at 703-222-0880 or their church for referral to ACCA.
