ACCA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of its officers, the Official Representatives (OR’s) from member churches, the chair of the Child Development Center Board, and the chairs of its standing committees. The Board meets monthly to review and guide its programs. Church and private contributions, as well as foundation and government grants, fund ACCA. Apart from the Child Development Center, there is no paid staff and no charge for ACCA program services. As a 501 (c) (3) organization, all contributions and donations of goods to ACCA are tax deductible.
